Huge 7 bedroom House & Cottage in Johannesburg

My house is a child friendly wonderland in a central, safe location. Featuring a huge 6 bedroom house with a separate Cottage. The property sleeps 16 and we have additional blow up mattresses. The property has a large garden, swimming pool, trampoline, hoop, climbing set for kids and parking for 3 cars. We have 24 hour Private Security. For LOAD SHEDDING - both kitchens have gas stoves, and the house has lights that go on automatically if the electricity goes off and we have a WATER TANK. The space Very central!!! Five minutes to Norwood, 10 minutes to Wits University, the City/Maboneng, 10 min to Rosebank or Melrose Arch, 15 min to Sandton, and 25min to the airport, depending on traffic. The space is huge & spacious, cost effective for big groups & families. Perfect place for a large dinner party with 16 seater table. Private office desk is upstairs. There are multiple zones, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms with one and a half bathrooms downstairs. There is also a separate cottage with two full/ double beds. WE have battery operated lights for LOADSHEDDING and WATER TANK on the property in case of water shortage. The feeling of relaxation is enhanced by the flowing space and light filled rooms. The house sleeps 12 and the cottage sleeps 4. Grina is the caretaker and stays on the property. She will be able to assist you with anything you need. We have 2 extra blow up mattresses that we can put anywhere in the house. We have a traditional African chef and cleaning/babysitting help for an extra fee. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house, back yard, swimming pool, basketball court and cottage. Facilities are for the guests that are STAYING at the house, please let us know in advance if you will be having additional guests. Other things to note We have more a private 24 hour security company. Security is a priority in the house. There is an electric fence and panic button that connects to private security company and security gate closing off the whole upstairs. NO PARTIES are allowed!!!!!!! We value our relationship with our neighbours, if they call us and complain about noise you will be asked to leave . We Have a WATER TANK on the property so you don’t have to worry about water shortage and we have gas stoves in the house and cottage and lights that go on automatically if there electricity shortage. There is a lock on the pool gate door, the code is 000. Please check that it’s locked when you arrive if you have kids.
