Beach and Cliff Villa with Unbelievable View

Villa Banyan, Umeanyar, is a newly renovated (7/2022), fully serviced, luxury vacation rental destination on the northern coast of Bali. It is situated in a Cliff on Umeanyar Beach and features incredible 280° Panorama views over rice paddies, temples, beach and deep blue ocean The space The House itself is huge and very special. It significantly differs from other vacation rentals on this platform. We have more than 700 sq metres of living space, double or triple the size of most Villas in the area. No rooms will be locked off, even if you are a smaller group. The location is unbeatable: set on a small cliff close to the beach and not surrounded by other Villas or buildings you will get unblocked 270° panoramic views, not only of the Beach and the deep blue ocean, but also of the so called green zone of the Village with magnificant rice paddies, temples and vine yards. From all of our 4 bedrooms you will have great sea views. All bedrooms are with AC and en-suite bathrooms. The 2 master bedrooms have an additional 30 sq metre private balcony or terrace. For guests with small children we offer a dedicated kids room, which can be accessed from either of two parents bedrooms. Child seat, Highchair, toys, baby phone, baby cot etc. are also available of course. Due the unique location of the Villa you are not disturbed from bypassing Beach goers and you will enjoy total privacy in your pool or while having dinner on your panorama terrace. Yet, you have quick access to the Beach to enjoy the fine black Lava sand of Lovina Bay and go for a swim. The Villa is surrounded by a lush tropical garden developed into multiple levels. There are two Bale´s (Pavillons) built into the cliff, one on sunrise and one on sunset side, both offering a perfect place for relaxation while listening to the ocean. Guest access Our villa is situated very privately on a small bluff (Tsunami safe!) and has a 270° unblocked Panorama view. There are no direct neighbours and no buildings blocking the view. It surely is a matter of taste, but we personally are no fans of the ocean front properties in Bali, which sometimes have quite narrow plots bordering directly to each other with limited front view. In a beach front setting you also risk to get noise from the neighbour tourists, and you can be disturbed by (friendly waiving) beach goers, or the occasional touts & hawkers (all beaches are public). This you do not have at Villa Banyan, which - in this respect - is less touristic and more like a real home. Other things to note Airport- Pick-up / return can be arranged for a fee. A car is also available for private transportation during your stay. The 8 seater H1 Hyndai Van, with English speaking driver, can be used at €50/day (8 hours). A half-day rental (4 hours) at €30 is also possible; and there are fixed rates for shorter trips of up to 4 hours.
