Villa Dante privacy and relaxation a step away from the world!

Villa Dante is perfect for family vacations, groups of friends, romantic stays, culinary adventures and to enjoy beautiful seaside and hilly landscapes, diving in the crystal clear sea, a day in the warm waters of the Terme di Saturnia or a day-tour to the islands of Giannutri or Giglio. Villa Dante is located in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle: the roads are paved and it is 5 minutes from the sea, 3 from the village and 2 from the nearest supermarket. Welcome! The space The house offers all modern comforts: free Wi-Fi and parking, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, iron. Mosquito nets are installed on the doors and windows, allowing you to leave the windows open even at night to enjoy the cool night air. The area is windy and does not require air conditioning. The house offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Room 1 has 2 single beds that can be combined to form a double bed: the same as room 3. Room 2 has a double bed. In room no. 1 and no. 2 it is possible to add 1 bed each in order to accommodate, if necessary, 8 people instead of the total of 6. Additional guests will pay a fee of €20.00 per day per person. The large apartment that will accommodate you is on the ground floor and is surrounded by olive groves (we produce oil) and pine forests. A private access road will take you into your garden where you will find the parking lot for the cars at the entrance. All around the fields of wheat, sunflower or other crops will give you the colors and scents of our countryside and it is beautiful at sunset to sip the aperitif in the garden living room enjoying the color of the fields that ignite at sunset. Accommodation taxes consist of €1 per person per day. This fee is only paid for the first 7 days. The tourist tax is paid in cash upon arrival. In the house, you will find a book prepared for you that will give you suggestions on what, how, and when you can best enjoy what our land can offer you to spend an unforgettable vacation! Guest access Our guests have an access driveway and the private garden and the entire ground floor apartment. In the garden there is parking for cars, a gazebo with a table and chairs for cheerful outdoor dinners, a barbecue and a ping-pong table for daring challenges. The house and garden are surrounded by olive groves and pine forests, beyond which we have 13 hectares of cultivated countryside. The roads leading to Villa Dante are all paved and are only used by the local traffic of the owners of the neighboring companies. Other things to note The nearest beach is Giannella: you can also reach it by bicycle; the same applies to both the village and the supermarket.
