4-Bedroom Lower Level Only/ Hot Tub/ Kitchenette

We are living in our Dream Home - a 2020 Craftsman nestled in the beautiful rolling hills near Mad River Mountain Ski Lodge. Our lower level boasts 9 foot ceilings, daylight windows and a private entrance. The open kitchenette provides a place for you to prep and eat a family meal. The patio right outside your door is home to an 8 person hot tub, dining table and gas grill. Four bedrooms, three couches, and 2 baths for at least 9 adults plus children to sleep well with laundry facilities. The space There is a large open family room with two couches, chair, TV, and game tables. It is open to the dining area and kitchenette. Four bedrooms are provided with two bathrooms. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds while the fourth has a twin and double in a bunk bed format. Two bedrooms are attached to a Jack n Jill bathroom which provides a private sink for each bedroom. The other two bedrooms are adjacent to a bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower stall. There are no bathtubs. Linens are provided for all beds. Extra linens and 2 sleeping bags are provided if you are needing more sleeping space on a couch or floor. This makes it possible you for you to have more than 9 adults if they are comfortable with the accommodations. 12 bath towels and 12 spa towels are also provided. Guest access The entire lower level with 1500 square feet and a private entrance will be yours exclusively. The space boasts nine foot ceilings and windows in every room including two egress windows. The patio outside the sliding glass door is home to a six person outdoor dining set, grill, and eight person saltwater spa. This area is also exclusively yours during your stay. You will park in a lot behind the new barn and walk on 50 feet of flat sidewalk to reach the private entrance. No steps are required. We live in the upper level but don’t worry we are pretty quiet and aren’t bothered by any possible noise from the lower level! Other things to note Our kitchenette has been well received by our guests. There is a medium sized refrigerator with freezer. Countertop space to prep and farm table with chairs and bench to enjoy a family meal. You will find a full service coffee and tea bar with juice and a full waffle bar to make your first breakfast. Grain bars and misc items are also available. Appliances include a toaster, toaster oven, large electric skillet, instant pot, crock pot, coffee. Many guests enjoy making dinner on the grill which is on the outside patio where a large table and chairs are provided. A full size range with oven and washer/dryer are available in the new barn just a few feet away from this lower level space. Extra six foot tables and folding chairs are available upon request.
