Premier, south shore location enabling you to soak in the sun all day, as opposed to north shore morning-only sun. Swimmable, warm-water part of Hood Canal. Lawn is big enough for yard games, so bring your favorites! It's called Sunset Beach for a reason -- this area has beautiful sunsets over the Olympics. The space The house has two upstairs bedrooms with one queen bedroom and one king bedroom (3rd, downstairs bunkroom to come!) with a large downstairs family room which includes a third convertible trundle-to-king bed (can either be two twins or one king). Large deck overlooking the water, beautiful living areas with enough lounge and dining areas for a family or multiple couples. Buoy for bringing your own boat/jetski. Two boat launch options within 15min land drive of property. Basketball hoop for land-lovers. Clams and oysters on the beach for harvesting. Please note that while we consider the house and property to be child-friendly, it is a waterfront property and, as with most homes on Hood Canal, there is no fence between the yard and the water. Guest access Guests have private access to entire property. Other things to note Please bring your own firewood for outdoor fires. Clams and Oysters are on the beach. Please read info on harvesting and cooking in the binder provided. Confirmation of reservation is also agreement, in full, to liability waiver regarding waterfront property. We are always willing to provide liability waiver prior to confirming your reservation. Waiver of liability applies to guest, guest's party, and any of guest's visitors.
