This architecturally designed two storey home in Seacliff with wonderful sea views is like living in a 5 star beachside resort. It incorporates state of the art European fixtures, polished floorboards and landscaped gardens providing easy entertaining. Our home is close to restaurants, the beach and family-friendly activities. The space The home has 3 bedrooms all located on the ground level. The master bedroom, with an en-suite, has access to a private courtyard with a landscaped garden. The other 2 bedrooms have access to a separate bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. There is an expansive balcony with outdoor furniture opening into the main lounge, dining and kitchen that lends itself to easy entertaining. A retreat downstairs provides another area for relaxation. This house has full access to cable TV through Foxtel. We also have a barbeque for guests use. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to amenities such as cafes restaurants and the Jetty Road, Brighton, shopping precinct. Guest access Access is provided via a front entrance door and through the private home double garage. There is also a visitor's carpark provided. Other things to note Unlimited wireless internet connection is available.
