This 100+ year-old agricultural chassis was rescued from neglect on a Sussex farm and lovingly restored into a quirky, self-contained glamping experience. Combining traditional shepherd’s hut design with modern amenities, The Big Green Shepherd’s Hut offers the ideal mix of rustic charm and comfort. Inside, you'll find a sumptuous double bed, a cozy log-burning fire, and an en-suite with a composting toilet and refreshing shower. A Belfast sink with hot running water ensures all the essentials, while electric lighting, a USB charging point, and solar lighting in the surrounding trees create a magical atmosphere. For outdoor dining, a cooking hob allows you to prepare meals either inside or on the picnic bench outside. The fire pit adds to the charm, creating a warm space for those magical evenings spent under the stars. Accessed via a private track, The Big Green Shepherd’s Hut offers parking on a hard-standing area nearby, with a small pull-along trolley available to transport your items.
