2-story apartment (about 30 sqm) in the top floor (stairs above terrain) of a two-family house, newly renovated, quiet, close to the city /nature, panoramic location on the slope, Black Forest view, key box, effective and quiet air conditioning, 10 sqm garden, old town (1.8 km), car: 5 min, bike or Bus (station 300 m away) 5-10 min, 25 min on foot. To the train station by bus: 25 min. Free: 2 simple bikes (on request), parking on the street, Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath towels. 300 m away: shops, cafes, restaurants. Other things to note A 10 m² garden terrace (south-east orientation) in the front area of the house may be used by guests of both apartments. It is not directly accessible from the studio apartment. The sleeping gallery and the stairwell leading to it do not have the usual fall protection; therefore, use is at your own risk. The provision of bicycles as an additional service is independent of the rental price of the apartment and cannot always be guaranteed (e.g. in the case of repairs). Use is at your own risk. Please only turn on the air conditioning when you are in the apartment and all windows (including the skylights in the sleeping gallery!) are closed. The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 3 pm and on the day of departure until 11 am.
