This quiet cabin has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation, couple's retreat or a get together with friends. Sit on your porch and enjoy the views of mountains and forests or let the sounds of Dunn Creek's gentle babble help you escape from your busy life. Located a mere 5 miles from Cosby Creek, the area's premier trout stream, this cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with four queen sized beds, a queen sofa sleeper, two full baths and secluded, enclosed hot tub. The space There is a firepit for you to enjoy in the evenings, or sit in the screened in porch for an al fresco meal. There is a gas log fireplace downstairs for warming up after a day of adventure, as well as a hot tub for soothing those sore muscles after a day of activity. The cabin is located on 1+ acre, providing plenty of room for outdoor fun. We are located a mere 16 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. Traveling to the cabin you will see the unique stone walls built many years ago that remind us of a time when we moved slower and took time to enjoy the beauty of nature around us. Rock Right Inn provides a quiet retreat for staying in, walking along the crystal-clear creek, or a place of solitude and peacefulness after a long day seeing the sights. The Cosby Entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a quick 7 miles from the cabin. The Cosby Entrance is an out-of-the-way area of the national park and a favorite among locals and long-time Smoky Mountain visitors. Facilities include a picnic area that is spacious and never too crowded, but the main draw for most people to the Cosby area is hiking. Hen Wallow Falls is a popular day hike, just 2.1 miles from the Cosby Picnic Area. The 1.4 mile walk to Sutton Ridge Overlook offers spectacular views. For advanced and ambitious hikers you can try the challenging but beautiful 13-mile Low Gap Trail - Appalachian Trail - Snake Den Trail loop. There are multiple white water rafting opportunities for you to you to enjoy as well. Guest access There is a covered carport and ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. Other things to note We have a firepit with Adirondack chairs for outdoor conversation and listening to the sounds of nature. We also have a screened in porch for enjoying a meal outside or playing cards with family.
