Boden Howe is a traditional Victorian Lakeland house offering simply breathtaking views over Ambleside to the fells beyond and accessed by a pedestrian only footpath from the heart of the village. Private parking is provided for three vehicles a minute's walk from the house. Secure storage for bikes, canoes etc available close by. Boden Howe provides spacious accommodation for four guests. Complimentary leisure facilities available at The Salutation Hotel & Spa located a minute's walk away. The space Boden Howe is a wonderfully spacious house ideally situated being central to all village amenities, public transport (bus stop less than 100 yds away) and a host of beautiful walks straight from the door. It has glorious views for those who prefer to stay indoors and let others tackle strenuous walks but please note that there is NO VEHICULAR ACCESS to Boden Howe and the house is accessed by a pedestrian (short but fairly steep) path. Other things to note DUE TO THE SALUTATION HOTEL BEING CLOSED OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS TO THE LEISURE FACILITIES FOR GUESTS STAYING BETWEEN 20TH AND 27TH DECEMBER.
