It has two air-conditioned bedrooms, brewers, with closet and screens on the windows, a separate toilet, a bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The kitchen opens directly to the terrace thanks to its flat pass, it is fully equipped such as built-in oven and microwave, toaster, coffee maker. The terrace consists of a table for up to five people and a small living room to enjoy the ocean view. The residence consists of 3 villas "la vi a bel" "rev'an mwen " and "Ba mwen soley" rented. The villas are brand new. Guests can take advantage of the 7mx4m communal swimming pool with a 9m2 paddling pool with a water height of 35cm in order to lounge there for adults and learn how to swim safely for small children. The pool is with a salt treatment and is fully secured by a guardrail and a child-proof gate. You can also enjoy in the secure pool area, a 5-seater Jacuzzi common to the residence. The Jacuzzi is reserved exclusively for adults. The owners live on the grounds of the residence. To keep the place quiet, any party or evening is strictly forbidden, the accommodation is non-smoking and pets are forbidden. The interior of the property as well as that of the bungalow is completely forbidden to any other person who will not be mentioned in the reservation.
