Make life easier at this peaceful, centrally located home. The space The apartment puts you in the atmosphere of the Atlantic with its modern decoration and many reminders of the seaside. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, combined microwave oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, toaster, dishwasher). A closet is available at the entrance so you can drop off your jackets and shoes there. On your right the dining area with table & chairs. The lounge area provides a sofa and small tables. Everything is done to make you feel at home. From these two spaces you will access the balcony on which you can admire the view that overlooks Royan. You can admire the beautifully illuminated Notre Dame de Royan church during the summer parties or fireworks. The first bedroom offers a bed in 160 (2 people) and a large wardrobe. The corridor serves the second bedroom also equipped with a large wardrobe and a bed in 140 (2 people). The bathroom (bathtub) has storage, single sink, washer-dryer and toilet. Linens are not included in the price but can be provided at your request and beds can also be made at your request and with surcharge. Beach and/or pool sheet available for rent (100x200 / 500 grams). This place isn't suitable for people with disabilities. No smoking is allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed. Parking is free all around the residence and there are plenty of spaces. The bakery is a 50 meter walk, the SUPER U is a 1 minute drive away as well as the gas station. Le Chay beach and Pontaillac beach are 2 minutes by car each; you can also walk there. Bike rides can be done all along the coast. A sports course takes you directly to the Royan thalassotherapy where you can select relaxing moments. Golf de la Palmyre is 15 minutes away, as is the equestrian center. ----------------- PLEASE NOTE that any check-in after 8PM and until 10PM will be charged an additional €30 on site.
