The space We have 5 private bedrooms which are located on the top third level of the house. They are beautifully appointed. Each bedroom has a bathroom and adjustable thermostat. There is also the Lakeside Suite on the main level that is ADA compliant. It offers two small bedrooms, a bathroom, a living and dining area, a fireplace and a TV. It comfortably sleeps 4 people. Room 1: King TempurPedic bed. Private bath. Room 2: King bed with a Lucid memory foam and gel mattress in a huge turret. Private bath. Recommend for the bride and groom. Room 3: King bed. Private bath. . Room 4: Two double beds with adjustable frames. Room has a soaker tub only. No shower. Private bath. Room 5: King bed in a turret. Private bath. . Lakeside Suite is ADA compliant. No stairs. Room A and B share a living area, fireplace, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Room A: Queen bed. Room B: Queen Sleep Number bed. This room has no windows. We have coffee and tea accommodations for the lodging guests. You have access to enjoy the first two levels. There is a living room, dining area and a huge kitchen. Reception area on the lower level can be reserved for an event. Guest access You will receive a front door key at check in. You and your registered guests have access to the house. No one who is not on Airbnb’s registered list is allowed on the property. An event with more than your 16 guests is prohibited with prior approval. Extra fees will apply. Other things to note We have amazing Guest Services available to you in The Spa at Labrador.
