The owner, Victoria, resides in a private lower-level living space with a separate entrance and will not enter the guest areas during your stay, ensuring your privacy. Spend your days relaxing on the covered porch swing, fishing from the dock, bird and turtle watching, or exploring the lake by pedal boat. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit, share stories, enjoy quality time together, and simply unwind. Labrador Lakehouse offers five beautifully appointed private guest rooms on the third level of the home, along with the ADA-compliant Lakeside Suite on the main level. Altogether, the property comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. Each third-level bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom and its own adjustable thermostat for personalized comfort. Third-Level Guest Rooms Room 1 – 250 sq ft. King Tempur-Pedic® bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Room 2 – 500 sq ft. King bed with a Lucid® memory foam and gel mattress, located in the home's spacious turret. Includes a private en-suite bathroom. A favorite choice for the bride and groom. Room 3 – 300 sq ft. King bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Small fold out futon/couch. Room 4 – 230 sq ft. Two full-size beds with adjustable bases and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a relaxing soaking tub. (Please note: this bathroom does not have a shower.) Room 5 – 270 sq ft. King bed located in a charming turret with a private en-suite bathroom. Lakeside Suite (Main Level) 560 sq ft. The ADA-compliant Lakeside Suite offers convenient, stair-free access and is ideal for up to four guests. It features two private bedrooms that share a cozy living area with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchenette, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Room A: Queen bed Room B: Queen Sleep Number® bed (please note this bedroom does not have windows) Guest Amenities Complimentary coffee and tea are provided for all lodging guests to enjoy throughout their stay. You'll have exclusive access to the main and third levels of the home, including the spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. For safety and security, only guests included on the Airbnb reservation are permitted on the property. Other things to note We are pleased to offer exceptional Guest Services through The Spa at Labrador. Guests are welcome to enjoy access to the spa when booking a wellness treatment with one of our in-house practitioners, including use of our red-light sauna, massages, facials, and/or reflexology. Following your reservation, we will provide you with a link to our guest services and how to schedule your treatments. There are two Reme Halo In-duct air purifiers which claim to “reduce common allergy triggers from particulates such as pollen, mold spores, dander and dust. Thoroughly tested on airborne and surface bacteria & viruses, such as MRSA, e-coli, and Norwalk, to name a few. It removes odors from cooking, pets, dirty socks, diaper pails, and musty rooms.” We also have a Reverse Osmosis (RO water) filter system in the kitchen you are welcome to drink. We use it in the coffee pots and it makes for delicious coffee!
