Easy access from the motorway, Toulouse,Brive,Bergerac, Rodez,Limoges airports. Includes bedding-towels (pool towels from last Sat in May)- hairdryer-fans-wood-burner-heating from 1/11 to 31/3. Arrivals 6pm - 8pm unless agreed otherwise . Departures by 10am. Min 3 nights / 7 nights in July - Sat to Sat in Aug. Charging an electric car not permitted. The space A lovely place to relax and explore the local countryside be it historic towns and chateaux or the many vineyards. Saltwater pool with terrace and views over the hills. Easy access by plane or car. The 2.5 acre hilltop gardens offer a relaxing environment to de-stress. Many parks for children such as Cap Nature for circuits in the trees, Monkey Park. canoeing, boat trips, road trains, historic caves with wall paintings such as the 'Grotte de Pech Merle' and numerous walking trails across the Lot. Not to forget the choice of vineyards or a day trip to Toulouse or medieval Carcassonne. Closest bakery and general store are at Lamagdelaine 5 mins drive away. Local producers market in Sunday mornings at Saint Gery about 20 mins drive. The famous Cahors market is Saturday and Wednesday mornings. Cahors - 10 mins. Toulouse - 1 h 20 mins. Saint Cirq Lapopie - 25 mins. Rocamadour - 45 mins. Carcassonne - 2 h It is strictly forbidden to charge an electric car on the premises. Charging points are available nearby. Max 4 people - all names and addresses of those in your group must be provided at the time of booking. Guest access You have exclusive use of the holiday rental and a south-facing terrace with views to the pool and sunsets. You share the 11x5 m pool and surrounding terrace, and garden (and children's play area) with guests in the second holiday rental and the owners. Other things to note Minimum 3 nights booking. Saturday to Saturday only in July and August. Bedding and towels are included.
