Fun Cabin Retreat Near Tamarack - The Family Cabin

Our large log cabin is on a spacious, tree filled half-acre lot. Only 5mi from Tamarack Resort & minutes away from Lake Cascade. Perfect spot for your "get away from it all" trip! Great location for outdoor adventures or staying cozy inside, enjoying our huge collection of movies, books & games. No matter the season, you’re never short on entertainment at our family cabin. Stocked with every amenity, it will feel like your home away from home! The space Spacious, beautiful 2-story log cabin with a cozy/rustic feeling, but updated look. We provide all the amenities you need & more! The big kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, really anything you need to cook with, including spices. Coffee bar with coffee and tea is available for guests to use. If you have any special cooking requirements please reach out as we are happy to provide it if we can. Large charcoal BBQ available as well. 3 bedrooms - 2 are located upstairs: one with a queen, one with a king. The 3rd bedroom downstairs has a bunk bed with a twin on top and full on the other. There is also a sofa bed downstairsj in the den and a queen size aerobed that can be used anywhere! All rooms have extra space. The yard is very spacious, with a covered porch and firepit! S'mores anyone? We provide a ton of yard games for guests to use! Including badminton, bocce ball and croquet. (What's a summer cabin trip without yard games?) There is a large, long driveway with plenty of room for parking a boat or recreational toys. The den downstairs is stocked with over 100 DVDS, games and books for our guests to enjoy. TV’s in both the den and living room. This cabin is our favorite place to escape to, and we think you'll feel the same. Because it's our second home, it has everything you need for extended stays. Both Winter & summer guests will love the quick access to Tamarack Ski Resort right up the road. During the summer the resort now has concerts, ziplining, bike parks & more. This cabin is family friendly and we can provide infant items (baby monitor, pack n' play, bottle warmer) upon request. As well as recommendations on child friendly activities, child care & more. Guest access Everything! Including outdoor fire pit, large charcoal BBQ, yard games, spare ice cooler, cooking items, baby items (upon request). If specific items are needed that are not listed please feel free to send us a message letting us know and we can see what we can do. Other things to note Firepit and balconies may be closed during some winter months due to excessive snowfall.
