Living room has a day bed and a couch. The space Totally updated with original hardwood floors, new tile in kitchen and bathroom, granite, all appliances, including washer and dryer, and nice private patio in the front. Amazing amenities. The interior features a king bed, nice kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and washer and dryer. 1 King bed in bedroom, couch and day bed in living room. TV in living room and TV in master bedroom. Master bedroom has a sitting area. Guest access The entrance to The Yellowstone. You can park under the carport, at the end of the carport is a fence with brands and horseshoes, open the gate and you will see the entrance. There is a small fenced patio area and yard in the front entrance of The Yellowstone. Parking. You can park in the driveway, on the right hand side leading to the carport. The front house is also a rental and their parking is in the driveway, on the left hand side. There is a yellow line on the driveway, please do not park or block the parking for the other side. Other things to note We welcome well-behaved dogs, but please be sure to mention your pet when you are making a reservation or sending an inquiry. Guests bringing pets must declare all pets when sending an inquiry or prior to making a reservation. There is an additional fee per pet and immediate eviction with no refund if a pet is not authorized prior to bringing them. Thank you. We are "dog friendly" and have a few guidelines for our guests with furry friends / fur babies. - Guest are responsible for cleaning up any pet waste. - Please keep pets off furniture and bedding. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if we have to remove your pet's hair or dirt from beds and sitting areas. - Please remember to clean your pet's paws when they come inside. -If it has been raining or snowing, please make sure pets do not track mud inside. - Pet owners will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. - Pets left unattended for any length of time must be crated. Any evidence of not following these guidelines may incur extra cleaning fees. The Property has a security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Thank you.
