This soulful dream villa is filled with color, creativity, texture, beauty, functionality and intimacy with nature. The space All of our guests have raved about our house's beautiful energy and flow. Bali can be hectic, but the high ceilings of the central space allow for breath and expansion, while the calm and cooling colors of the bedrooms will help you let go and relax. You will feel you are in a HOME. And the indoor-outdoor feel unites the garden with the house. Kids can run out and swim in the pool and you can watch them from the veranda as you swing in the hammock or sip on a coconut drink. Or, you can grab a book from the bookshelf and go up to the meditation room to read in privacy. Or, you can get busy in the kitchen and cook a nice meal, or ask Eka to cook one for you. The house offers many options for privacy, play and connection. Guest access You will have access and use to the entire house and grounds, with the exception of the 'service area' which has its own entrance and which is reserved for Sis and Eka when they wish to rest or do laundry or sometimes sleep there. They have their own home elsewhere, but the service area allows them their own work/sleep area where they can feel at ease and not disrupt the guests' privacy. Other things to note Anni and Mel are especially attentive to guests , and can be reached easily by email or WA.. Sis and Eka are so wonderful, and are in constant communication with us. * FEES FOR EKA’s COOKING LUNCH AND/OR DINNER: Once you book, I will send you Eka's menu. She is an AMAZING cook of Indonesian food. Below is a description of fees associated with her cooking. If you decide you would like Eka to prepare lunch and/or dinner, she charges a fee of rp. 150,000 (about $10) per meal (lunch is considered one meal, dinner is one meal) which you will need to pay her at the end of each day she cooks. In addition, you will need to pay her for all food expenses which you can do either before or after she shops. Eka can buy many of the ingredients from local markets but for more rarified ingredients, you will need to buy these yourselves. Please communicate your menu choices to Eka the day before, so that she can shop early in the morning the next day (the markets close at 9am, *TIPPING SIS AND EKA AT THE END OF YOUR STAY: For Sis' work in the garden and house, and for Eka's assistance to him, we request that you please offer Sis a tip at the end of your stay. For a stay under 10 days we recommend $60. For 7-10 days we recommend $75. For longer than 10 days we recommend $100. Thank you! They will greatly appreciate this.
