This historic former dairy & music studio is 15 mins off the Pacific Highway, Nabiac, nestled in the hills between Forster, Taree and Gloucester. Now a renovated spacious accommodation, it sits under a towering Morton Bay fig tree on 50 acres, providing the perfect base for staying put to relax or work, birdwatch, stargaze, explore our property, beaches, mountains or nearby towns and waterways. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset to the tune of the piano, guitar or Fender Rhodes inside. The space The studio holds a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed (and an optional fold-out bed for a child for an extra $20/night), separate dining room/kitchen, bathroom, as well as another hot shower outdoor under the tree canopy. The kitchen's bar fridge is stocked with fresh free-range eggs, butter and milk. Tea, coffee (for the pod machine) and basic supplies are in the cupboard. Dinner can be sourced nearby from either Krambach or Nabiac Hotels, and you are welcome to use the BBQ and well-equipped kitchen facilities provided (stove-top and air-fryer). A interior woodfire heater and exterior fire-pit sets a warm tone for cold nights, and an air-conditioner takes the edge off in summer. Up to two small to medium size friendly dogs are welcome. Tick protection is recommended, and note that although it's unlikely, we do not guarantee the more curious ones won't find a way through the fence! We have a very friendly border collie who will be happy to befriend you or your dog, if his company is sought. Always respecting your privacy, our own house where we live with our two children is less than 100m away, should you need anything at all. Guest access Enjoy the studio and decks, the hill and the creek! Other things to note Our studio very comfortably hosts two guests, a third is welcome on the foldout single bed for an extra $20/night. This is charged as an extra payment AFTER you confirm your booking, through the Air BNB support service. The extra bed can be placed either in the spacious bedroom, or the dining/living area.
