Relax in Normandy in this large, bright and spacious 190 m² house, between the sea and the countryside, 2 hours from Paris. Ideal for a weekend or stay with family or friends, our family and authentic home is located in the Pays d'Auge, 20 minutes from the beaches of Deauville-Trouville and Cabourg. You will breathe the fresh air with 4000 m² of land, not overlooked, quiet, and enjoy a remarkable view of the meadows around the house and the village church. The space This house will delight you with its authenticity, brightness, charm, south-facing orientation and ideal location in a privileged setting. On the ground floor: - A charming entrance hallway, with old tiles and vintage coat rack welcomes you at your entrance. - On your return from the beach or a walk, in the cozy living room, share a hot chocolate or a glass of cider. Enjoy a good fireplace and the many board games available for children from 1 to 99 years old. A hi-fi system with CD and TV, DVD player, discreetly present, are available. - Enjoy a large, fully equipped kitchen (gas stove and oven) to cook several friendly or family dishes. On the large farm table, you can have breakfast, feed the children, and start the aperitif. For the most gourmet, waffle maker, fondue pan, wok, food processor, dishes in quantity are at your disposal. - A back kitchen is available to store your groceries on shelves and in a large capacity fridge-freezer, complementary to that of the kitchen. - Guests can have lunch or dinner in the half-timbered dining room on an extension table that seats up to 13 guests, opening onto the meadow thanks to fully retractable window doors, and enjoy direct access to the garden, via a 25m2 terrace. From this room you can keep an eye on children playing on the swings and slide. - Sleep in the 17 m² double bedroom facing south, with decorative fireplace and tiles and enjoy, from the queen size bed, the sunset over the village church. - 2 walk-in shower rooms are at your disposal. - A separate toilet with hand washbasin. - A laundry room in which you can use the washing machine and dryer. You can also rinse your boots in a sink and dry your laundry there. Upstairs, a landing decorated with the old portraits of our ancestors, distributes: - A 17 m² master suite, facing south, with a double bed of 140*190, a decorative fireplace and private shower room. - A large bedroom in blue and woodwork of 22 m², facing south, with a double bed 140*190 and a decorative fireplace. - An ocher bedroom of 9 m² with a double bed of 140*190, with a view of the meadows. - A cocooning dormitory with its half-timbered walls and 4 single bunk beds of 90*190, overlooking the church and meadows. 13 m² room ideal for creating memories for your children! - A charming little bedroom, facing east, with old tiles and half-timbering and a single bed of 90*190. - A charming hallway with old tiles and half-timbering, where you can play the piano while letting the children choose from the many books left at your disposal. - A separate toilet with washbasin and old tiles. Outside the house: - You can play football, basketball or badminton on the garden of 4000 sqm , private and not overlooked. - Slide, swings and rope ladder will delight your children. - A game room, located in one of the outdoor outbuildings of the house, will allow children to play dry with the ping pong table and use the many games available (Kegs, croquet, Molky, badminton, 4 "giant" power...). - You can shoot or aim on the petanque court located in the garden. - The Weber barbecue awaits your grilled Normandy meats or fresh fish from the Dives-Sur-Mer market. - Guests can relax on the sunbeds, sunbathing and garden furniture offered, on the South terrace of 100 m² or the East terrace of 25 m². - Two tables with integrated benches await you for your outdoor meals. Umbrella and sails can shelter you in case of hot weather. - Private parking We also provide the necessary equipment for the little ones: umbrella bed, changing mat, baby bathtub, baby toilet pot, baby chair, booster seats, cutlery and appropriate plates, safety gate upstairs. The house is located in the heart of the village of Annebault, and you can walk to the various economic activities that animate the village: bakery-pastry shop, bar-tobacconist, restaurant, market gardener, sale of farm chickens, hairdresser, beauty salon, medical office with nurses. A Pizza Truck offers its specialties on Tuesday evenings in the town hall square (50 meters). Some outbuildings on the property are not accessible and are locked. Other things to note Linens are provided for your stay. Towels are not provided. This home isn't a good fit for pets. In order to offer you an optimal hosting experience, we entrust our house to a concierge service, which will be at your disposal throughout the stay.
