What are you waiting for? Holiday at home. Nestled in the Hawkesbury village of Colo Heights this cosy renovated studio is available for a country escape. With fully fenced yard you’ll feel a million miles away. The bedroom has a comfy Queen bed and built in wardrobe. There’s a Combined bathroom/laundry and lovely kitchen with all the basics. The Living area is air conditioned with a sofa bed, dining & views to the orchard. Enjoy the garden & outdoors by the fire pit! Self checkin available The space RUSTYQUE located on the property is a shed full of oldwares and collectables where you can shop during your stay. There will be a welcome basket on arrival supporting small local businesses with a variety of goodies including candle, honey, guest soap, lavosh, and other items. Local wine is available with notice for an additional fee. There are many local bushwalking trails within walking distance including Wheelbarrow Ridge Track, Left Arm and Gees Arm Trails and a short drive to the popular Bob Turners Track. The Pristine Colo River is also a short drive and Kayaks available for hire with notice. The local Colo Riverside Cafe is a short drive and is open for breakfast and lunch daily. Pets are welcome but by booking you are responsible for any damages. Pets must be confined to the fenced area as we have wildlife and other pets on property. Please note there is No wifi is available and limited mobile service which adds to the escape. A bbq is available with notice and there’s an outdoor setting and firepit to enjoy. Fire wood available. Guest access You will have access to the entire studio and fully fenced yard with own driveway. Other things to note There is limited mobile service and NO wifi available. No smoking inside.
