It has 2 levels above which a converted attic acts as a playroom and dormitory for children. The house was completely redone in 2004 and 2006, repainted indoor/outdoor in 2014. A beautiful L-shaped garden covered at 3/4 with a beautiful lawn and 1/4 of a stone terrace will allow you to sunbathe away from any glance. Lined with flowers, vines, tomato and raspberry shots, lavender and laurels, it will charm you with its beautiful climbing rose bush and a wonderful 30m2 wisteria covering a metal frame under which you will find shade during your sunny lunches. These two plants are over 60 years of age. In summer, we appreciate that our guests regularly water the plantations! Access to the house is on the ground floor through the kitchen. Modern and fully equipped it opens directly to a large lounge/dining area. The dining table is a large 220*90 farmhouse table that comfortably sleeps 8 people. 2 sofas and 2 armchairs surround a large coffee table that a beautiful fireplace completes. The stereo will host your CDs and other MP3 files. Two large window doors and a large double window open to the garden. In the extension of the living room, a vestibule accommodates a wardrobe and serves a shower room and an independent toilet. The stairs lead upstairs. Climbing the stairs, we arrive directly at the children's lounge, equipped with two sofas, a library and a Samsung TV. A bedroom with two beds (90*190) on the mezzanine overlooks this living room. After a few more steps, we get to the bedrooms: -the gray room, facing north, offers a 140*200 double bed, -the blue room, facing east and north, offers a 140*200 double bed and a large clothing rack, -the raspberry room, facing south is equipped with two twin beds (90*190) and an old 18th century family wardrobe, -the bedroom with birds, facing south, equipped with a double bed 160x200cm A large through balcony connects these last two bedrooms. On the landing, a large shower room and toilet complete the floor. A wooden staircase leads to the attic. Under the roofs is a children's paradise! A huge attic tapi of 6 mattresses that can serve as extra beds, tables, toys, welcome children and their friends in an Ali Baba cave where parents have no place! On the ground floor in front of the wisteria and next to the kitchen, a large garage houses the 7 bikes, the washing and drying machine, the gardening tools and the essential barbecue.
