The Palma apartment is located on the upper floor of Villa Il Mandorlo and facing north-east. From its terrace you can enjoy a beautiful and wide view of the sea, the garden and, laterally, on the mountain. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment, comfortable and bright, has 2 double rooms, a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub. Large terrace with outdoor shower, sink, outdoor furniture and access to the large roof terrace, with 360 degree views. Villa Il Mandorlo is located in Contrada Gallina, 4 km north of Avola, on the edge of the Cavagrande del Cassibile Nature Reserve, in the stretch where the river of the same name reaches the sea. From its elevated position compared to the other houses of the village, it enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and a pleasant breeze even on the hottest summer days. Located in an area where almond, olive trees and carob trees once stood, Villa Il Mandorlo is now surrounded by a beautiful garden full of Mediterranean plants, cacti, succulents and the original olive trees. The villa consists of 3 apartments (one on the ground floor - Hibiscus- and two on the first floor -Palma and Cactus-) and an independent cottage that has its own private garden. The beautiful sandy beach is a 5-minute walk from the house. It is a free beach, frequented mainly by locals, suitable for younger children and renowned for its crystal clear waters. From the beach it is possible to take a pleasant walk along the coast towards the North on a path surrounded by dwarf palms and low shrubs; from here you reach the beautiful beach of the Marchesa di Cassibile, where the river flows.
