We have owned our beach town house for over 12 years. It has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen, carpets, shower, and internal and external painting. It is cosy in winter and beautiful in summer with a kitchen that is the hub of the house. We are minutes from the blue flag Meadfoot Beach. The beach cafe which serves breakfast, lunches and ice creams is open all year. We are also adjacent to the 5 star Osborne Hotel where guests are entitled to a 10% discount at the health club. The space The newly refurbished large family kitchen is the hub of the house. Families can sit around the farmhouse table planning their day. The french doors open out into a lovely courtyard garden where you can have drinks at the end of the day. The small room next door is perfect for children to unwind, play games or watch television. The sitting room on the first floor has a balcony with distant views of the sea. Guest access Guests can access all areas. Other things to note The road is wide and tree lined. We have never had any difficulty with street parking, even in the height of the summer. On the occasions when Meadfoot Sea Road is full, we always find spaces around the corner in Hesketh Crescent.
