The hallway connects the kitchen to the dining/living area and the renovated full bathroom. The Living room has a couch which converts into a Queen size sleeper and features a stone gas fireplace, and amazing views of surrounding mountains! A portable desk coupled with external monitor with HDMI cable makes is easy and comfortable to catch up with emails, work from home, or find new hiking trails. When you're not relaxing in front of the cozy fireplace or the flat-screen TV, go for a stroll on the resort's network of hiking trails, enjoy a ride in the rowboat, take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, or get in a quick workout at the fitness center. This is 2nd floor condo with a balcony, locked separately from the common 2-unit front door. Access to the unit is from the free parking lot level. No steps. Guest access Condo access through self check in through smart lock. Shared external entrance with upstairs unit from same owner. You have access to the Nordic resort amenities included in your stay: the indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis / hot tubs, and sauna located next to the gatehouse, the outdoor playground, tennis court, the game room, weight room outside the pool, bon fire and pond areas. You can also stroll down to the resort entrance to visit the friendly sheep. Other things to note This unit has the BEST views of the White Mountains of all buildings in the resort. The fully stocked kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich grill, as well as all the dishes, pots & pans, spices you need to prepare and serve your meals. While there are many options to eat out, many of our guests choose to cook inside and enjoy the quiet peaceful views. Coffee: We provide a filter coffee pot and provide medium ground coffee, creamer and sugar. We also provide a Beautiful brand one cup maker with a bean grinder built in. There is a local roaster, Frontline in North Conway (about 15 min away). Their coffee is amazing and you can pick up beans for the grinder.
