THE LOCAL AREA: The apartment is situated on the cliff tops of Southbourne-On-Sea at The Crossroads where you can find a convenience store and cafes and is only a short walk to the 'Zig -Zag' path down to the award winning sandy beaches. There are nearby shops, cafes and restaurants at Southbourne Crossroads which includes the well known restaurant Roots which is a contemporary fine dining restaurant. For activity in the local area Seafield Gardens, which has held the prestigious Green Flag Award since 2001, offers bowls, tennis and features a water tower. One tourist feature of Southbourne-On-Sea is the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Railway, a funicular railway between the clifftop coastal road and the promenade and beach.
