The focal point is, of course, the spacious living room with fireplace and separate dining room. Next to the living room is the large open kitchen with a separate laundry room. From the living room you have direct access to the 30m² covered terrace with a beautiful view of the first pool and behind it the open sea with the LA SAL defense tower. On the terrace there is a large dining table for 6 people and a large living room set with a 2-seat sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Enjoy the beautiful weather here and listen to the birds and palm trees. Both bedrooms are very spacious and both have built-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with windows and underfloor heating. In the master bedroom there is a large double bed of 180X 200 cm. Here you can enjoy beautiful ocean views and direct access to the large terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, each 90X190cm. There is a guest toilet between the living room and the guest room. Behind the fireplace is the staircase to the private rooftop with sun loungers and stunning views of the pool and the sea.
