Guest access For security and comfort, all guests must be registered with the host prior to entering the building — no exceptions. Please provide the full names of all guests at least one week before arrival to ensure proper registration and smooth access to the property. Other things to note ⚠️ Please note: Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. • Please observe quiet hours in the building from 10 PM to 8 AM so all guests can relax and enjoy their stay. • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere on the premises. • Out of respect for neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not allowed. • The pool is open during designated hours — for everyone’s safety, there is no swimming before dawn or after dusk. • Families are welcome! Cribs, Pack ’n Plays, and high chairs are available for rent at $25 each per trip. • Small pets under 25 lbs may be accommodated with prior approval. A $300 pet fee and $150 registration fee apply, along with vaccination records. • Standard check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Whenever possible, we’re happy to offer flexibility for a small fee — just ask in advance.
