Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed! Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine. Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges.
