The space Waterfront house located on the bayside at the end of Esperanza street. Private, spacious, right on the water. Property rents as a whole, providing the guest exclusive access to all of the house, the entirety of the grounds and its unique amenities, to include fishing pier and boat slip. The upstairs sleeps 6 and the downstairs sleeps 4. ***Property Highlights*** •Lighted Fishing Pier: with both over and underwater lights and fish cleaning station. (One of South Padre's best kept secrets is that this is one of the best night fishing spots on the entire island!) This is a great location for a fishing getaway or family vacation! •Spacious Concrete Patio: with BBQ pit and picnic table has fantastic views of the bay and is ideal for a sunset bar-b-q •Boat Slip: Fits one boat inside with room to tie off a second boat on the North side •Downstairs Unit: 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Queen bed and enclosed bath. Day bed in common living area downstairs (sleeps 2). •Upstairs Unit: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms total. Master BR with King bed has enclosed bath. 2nd BR with 2 double beds and easy access to 2nd bath. 2 sleeper sofas in living room (1 sofa-bed and 1 futon). Other Amenities: -Speedy Wi-Fi -Outdoor protected staircase connecting the two units -Air conditioning to cool off from sunny days -Roku TV to stream your favorite shows -Washer & dryer in both upstairs & downstairs units -Full kitchen w/ microwave, stove, & refrigerator in each unit NOTES: **Must be 30 or older to book **We never use Craig’s list for advertising. **Upstairs unit and downstairs unit can rent separately in off-season; considerations for this can be made on a case-by-case basis. Our Permit number is *2023-2287 from the town of South Padre. Guest access If you rent the entire property, it's yours alone. If Upstairs/downstairs units are rented separately, guests share the yard, lighted dock, patio, boat tie-ups, and parking area. We welcome you! Other things to note House is fully furnished with linens provided and a fully equipped kitchen upstairs and down. There is a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and dish soap but plan to bring or buy grocery items. There is a grocery store on the main street on the island, and a larger one in Port Isabel (HEB) before you cross the bridge. The main renter/responsible party must be over 30 as must every member of his/her party (unless traditional family unit arrangement, parent/child etc.). Proof of age & address in the form of a government-issued photo ID (driver's license or similar) will be required prior to occupancy. Owner and/or owner's representative will require this ID verification regardless of whether it has been previously provided to AirBnB or other booking services. Parties not meeting age, occupancy and verification requirements will have admittance refused, and rental fees forfeited just as for any cancellation. Parties found to be in violation of property rules will have their access to property and occupancy privileges immediately revoked, and further, will be subject to eviction, with forfeiture of any monies paid and without any expectation for refund. Parties misrepresenting themselves, or using false or misleading information in order to book the property, will have their access to property and occupancy privileges immediately revoked, and further, will be subject to eviction, with forfeiture of any monies paid and without any expectation for refund.
