The space The complex comprises of nice apartments designed in a traditional Mediterranean style with marble floors and a magical touch of Andalusian inspiration. Just beautiful. There are several large pools in the complex sorrounded by palm tres, tropical flowers and exotic birds species. Only the residents can access to this 10.000 square meters of private gardens, so having a lovely walk through this huge green area is a treat for the senses. The penthouse in on the 2nd floor without lift. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. You will immediately sense its special intimate atmosphere that makes you feel like being in your own Andalusian home. Each detail has been passionately chosen. This penthouse mixes valuable antiques and original artworks with an unexpected eclectic contemporary twist. At the spacious living room there is a charming sofa which can convert into a comfortable double bed (140x200) in a few steps, and a modern table with their chairs. Also there is a HD TV 40” inch , perfect to watch your favorite shows (we have more than 200 international channels). For all over the house there is a very high speed internet connection due to the fiber optic installation. The WiFi is fast, totally free and without limits. You can access to internet in any device: tablet, smartphone, notebook... There is a cozy fireplace so your winter nights will be even warmer and also we have an air conditioning for a fresh atmosphere in the summer. The main bedroom has a comfy king size bed (160x200), and large wardrobe with mirrors. Has its own private bathroom and a relaxing shower. All the bed linens and towels are provided. We also provide courtesy shower gel and shampoo for the first days. From the living room or the main bedroom you can access to the private terrace where there are a table with chairs. With the sun on your head, the sea as background and the sound of the birds this is the perfect place to lay back and enjoy your holiday. The kitchen has been fully renovated and is equipped with all appliances: oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle... Also we provide all the utensils you may need during your stay: dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, tea pot, pots and pans, stainless steel and so on. Also in the apartment you will find a useful iron and ironing board. At the main floor there also other fully equipped and recently renewed bathroom with a shower so everybody has their own privacy and space. On the second floor, which is accessible via an iron staircase from the outside terrace, you will find the second bedroom. This cozy room has capacity for 4 people: there are two single beds (90x200) and a double bed (140x200). It has a large closet and a desk. Please NOTE that the two bathrooms are on the main floor (there are NO bathrooms on this SECOND floor). On the second floor is also our favorite part of the house: the solarium. With high quality artificial grass, spectacular views of the sea and comfortable loungers, you will find the perfect environment to relax while you enjoy the sun and you take a cold drink from the chic "coolbox" with a capacity up to 42 cans. Guest access The complex has several swimming pools opened during summer. The central pool is opened from March. Enjoy surrounded with 10.000 sq of private tropical gardens where to have a relaxing walk through the palm trees while you hear the birds and the water sound.
