To the rear of the ground floor is a large oak floored study/office/playroom which opens onto the patio garden. There is also a small loo/washbasin. On the first floor landing is bedroom three with double bed and cot. And a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. On the first floor is another double bedroom with a kingsize bed and wardrobe and a Living Room/Library. On the third floor is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite which has a bath, glass tiled shower, toilet and double sink in black granite. In the converted attic is another double bedroom with its own bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. In the basement is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
