Located in the luxurious Mareia development, our apartment has a bedroom, a living room with TV, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a terrace with lounge chairs. The Mareia condominiums are a modern oasis in Ixtapa, surrounded by palm trees, bougainvilleas and incredible views of yachts, mountains and sunsets. It has a snack bar area, a lounge area and an incredible 25-meter-long pool with a Jacuzzi. It's ideal for a getaway with your partner and to enjoy a great weekend. The space The apartment is perfect for couples, the master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, armchair, closet and speaker with Alexa that connects to the living room as well. The living room has a sofa bed ideal for children that can be prepared as a bed if required. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the main beach and a few steps from nice restaurants overlooking the marina for a romantic dinner. Guest access The condo has 24-hour surveillance so it's super safe and has a parking spot. Other things to note To have access to the accommodation, two deposits must be left in cash, the first security deposit of $2,000mxn and the 2nd deposit of $1,500 pesos mxn for the snack bar. At the end of your stay if there is no damage and you did not consume anything, it will be returned to you in the same way in cash. The number of people who will be in the apartment must be entered in the reservation since the price is different for 2 people than if there are 3 or 4 The rent includes 20 kw of electricity per day, enough for your stay if you use the electricity responsibly (turn off the air conditioners when you are not using them, go to the pool, go to the beach, etc.). If you exceed this, there is an extra cost of 7 pesos per kw exceeded.
