Mountain View home -Easy Access to Denver/Boulder

Enjoy watching the sun set over the mountains with an unobstructed view from inside the house or on the newly built deck! This home has 4 bedrooms, is family-friendly, pet-friendly, and can accommodate large groups. It is fully stocked to feel truly just like you are at home. Everything you need to stay comfortably, cook meals (including condiments and basic cooking necessities), and relax in comfort is here. Just a short drive to Denver, Boulder, and gorgeous mountain adventures! The space This charming, rustic home is truly your home away from home. You will have a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals, entertaining, ordering in, you name it! You can also expect condiments on hand, as well as many ingredients needed for cooking (salt, pepper, olive oil, select spices, etc.). The kitchen has an island for cooking, dining or enjoying the bay window, and you also have a full size kitchen table with a stunning unobstructed picture window view of the mountains. You can also enjoy the gorgeous mountain sunsets from the newly rebuilt back patio, or enjoy your morning coffee on the newly rebuilt front deck. Both great spots to relax on your own or with friends. Also 420 smoking friendly outside on the back deck or backyard. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite master bath with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a single twin bed. These three rooms are all on the same floor and same part of the house, with a full bathroom in the hallway in addition to the master bath. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level (basement, but garden level with lots of natural light) has a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed that can be pulled out. This bedroom also has a full size corner desk that is great for laptop work or a temporary office. There is a half bath adjacent to this room. All of the bedrooms have closet space and storage for your clothes and personal items. The main living space has a large wall-mounted smart tv set up with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, and HBO for use by guests, and the basement has another wall-mounted tv set up with an Apple TV and a fireplace. This is great for families or groups who can't agree on what to watch! Wifi access is available to you during your stay. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer available for your use. There is ample parking, a two-car driveway, front of house parking, and also a full-sized RV drive on the side of the house. Drive down with your camper and have a place to park it, with room to spare! There is a large backyard and garden area with a covered swing, an out of the way (but still in view from inside) geodome for families with children who would like to climb, and trees for shade in the warmer months. The backyard is fenced securely and pets are more than welcome. They will have lots of space to run and play in the backyard, and would love the less-than-five-minute walk to Carroll Butts park, which has a lovely small lake to stroll around. Guest access You will have access to all parts of the house except for the garage and sheds in the backyard, which will be storing our personal belongings. Other things to note We would love to personalize your stay as much as possible, so please feel free to let us know as much or as little as you'd like about yourself and any guests (family, friends, etc), as well as your reasons for travel. Specifically, please also feel free to request the following items for infants/children, and we will have them set up for you prior to check-in: -Pack and play -high chair -booster seat -toys (you can even share ages and preferences, and we will try to accommodate) - exersaucer - if there are any other specific child-related items you might need, you can always let us know and we may have it for you!
