With almost 2,200 square feet of living space plus almost 600 square feet of Game Room, this Ranch style floor plan is the perfect layout for the small group or 2 families of up to 11 people. For families looking for a "Staycation", start the day with our local hike just walking distance from the home at the end of the street. Start your hike early on warmer days. When you return, cool off with your very private HEATED POOL, (pool heated by request and fee applies) and Steamy Hot Jacuzzi (included) that will entertain the kids all day or enjoy our 4 hole Putting Green or make your own "Family tournament" in the Large Game Room. Under the stars, bring your firewood and gather around and build a fire in your Natural Rock wood-burning Fire Pit. Tell stories or just enjoy roasting marshmallows and making S'Mores with the kids. (Firewood is available at nearby grocery stores.) For our adventuring guests, head for a wine tasting getaway to Temecula Wine Country or indulge yourself at Glen Ivy Hot Springs. Also just a short 40 minute drive to San Juan Capistrano to see the annual swallows and Mission San Juan. We are also an excellent midway point between attractions in the LA and San Diego areas. Guest access You will have access to this entire fully fenced Private Property including the hiking trails that surround it. The feeling of seclusion and privacy is unmatched. Other things to note Guest Limit and "No Party Policy" While we encourage family gatherings, we have a strict Overnight Guest limit of Eleven (11) Guests. If you have over this number, Do not book. We also strictly forbid any parties, (other than Wedding Receptions associated my other property) that respect the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood.) We do highly encourage family gatherings. We are in good standing with our neighbors and we are committed to keeping it that way. Our neighbors love to see families come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and also partner with us constantly to make sure that the peace of the neighborhood is maintained. Airbnb has the authority to cancel any reservations without refund if found to be exceeding guest limits, throwing loud parties or violating Airbnb or Host policies. Please notify us at booking or at a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you wish to have the pool heated for you and your group for your stay. There is an additional fee of $100 per day for pool heating. Minimum of 2 consecutive heating days. Minimum Age: We have a minimum age of 30 for the person making this reservation and that person will be responsible for the entire reservation party. Pets: If you are bringing pets, please let us know at the time of your reservation so I can add them. There is a charge of $99 PER PET for a maximum of 3 pets for your stay.
