Our spacious seaside home is perfectly positioned, in peaceful "Beach Town" 2 minutes walk from the seafront with tennis courts, golf and leisure facilities all a short walk away and a lovely local pub on our doorstep. Ideally situated for water sports enthusiasts. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 receptions/cinema/games room, 2 bathrooms +1 toilet. The rear garden features a table tennis table and seating. A lovely area with beach and countryside / South Downs all within easy reach. Free parking. The space Our beautiful, characterful seaside holiday house is the perfect base for families and groups alike to experience a gorgeous holiday by the sea. Sympathetically updated with original features and a seaside vibe, we also have all the modern comforts you need for your holiday including a new kitchen and downstairs wet room, large TV and cinema room and wifi if you need to work from home. The house is ideal for families as it has lots of space as well as a small, sheltered garden. Charters has been welcoming seaside holiday makers since it was built in the 19th century as holiday lodgings for workers on the nearby Norfolk Estate. We still have basins in each bedroom and the odd creaky floorboard to add to the charm of this friendly, comfortable seaside home and make for a memorable trip! We are ideally located for the beach (approx 2 mins walk) and all the amenities that Littlehampton has to offer including golf, mini golf, tennis, watersports, funfair, amusements, crabbing, cinema and all the cafes and restaurants on the beach and in town. Arundel, Chichester, Brighton and the South Downs are all easily accessible from Charters by train or car.
