SET IN THE SAND DUNES with uninterrupted sea views across the pristine waters of Eastern Cove, the house has direct access to the stunning safe sands of Island Beach. Swimming,fishing,reading,soaking up the clean air whilst enjoying a glass of wine and local seafood on the sun deck, are but some of the pleasures the house offers. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise, dolphin spotting and around sunset interact with wallabies and other local wildlife exploring the dunes around you. The space Open plan living areas connect to a large north facing deck, overlooking the sea, equipped with a barbeque, outdoor furniture and umbrellas. Another sheltered deck with outdoor furniture overlooks the private woodland garden at the rear. The main bedroom features magnificent sea views. The second bedroom has both sea views and views to the natural scrub landscape. The third bedroom has hi-low bunk beds, particularly suited to children. Childrens port- o-cot ,high chair and play table are available on request Guest access The whole house is accessible together with rear garden and direct access from the house to the beach. Other things to note The house is only serviced with rainwater and has bio-cycle septic tanks. Please use these as set out in the House Rules
