There is balcony space that wraps around the upstairs area.  Free Wi-Fi internet connection!  Parking is available on-site. *There is no street parking at any time per Volusia County policy. The use of bikes/helmets and beach equipment is available for guests only. If you bring your own kayaks, paddle-board, or other watercraft (s), please keep them on the right side of the house.  DO NOT store them in the garage.  Our goal is to strive so you and your guests have a nice stay. A $60 Management fee will be applied for Damage Protection insurance. New Smyrna Beach has 17 miles of pristine, white, sandy beaches and it is considered one of the hottest vacation spots recently. This paradise home is located on a private stretch of the beach so the only sound you'll hear is the ocean and the crickets. Neighbors are very respectful. There are two national parks surrounding us on this coastal barrier island. Our home is located 20 minutes south of Daytona Beach and 45 minutes away from Orlando Parks and also close to Cape Kennedy and St Augustine. The sandy coastline gives you access to surfing, kayaking, fishing, boating, and manatee or dolphins watching. There are golf courses nearby, historical and cultural sites, and many more places that are ready to be explored! The nightly rate does not include cleaning fees, taxes, or other fees. We ask that you read the guest book, follow all guidelines and policies. Please follow pediatric guidelines on the use of the hot tub with children under 5 years (not allowed); children under 12 of age must be supervised by an adult at all times.
