The entire home is for the guest to use, and the garden area (front yard ) is shared with other guests. This is a triplex and the parking area and outside garden patio are shared. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations or travel delays. PET POLICY & LIABILITY TERMS • All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. • Pets must be under control and on a leash at all times when outside the property. Florida law states that pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to roam freely on the property. • Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times, including any injury, damage, or disturbance caused—both on and off the property. • Any incidents involving a pet (including bites, attacks, or property damage) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited. Any pet showing threatening behavior must be removed immediately. • Host/Property Owner assumes no liability for pet-related incidents. • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host/Property Owner from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their pet. • Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or complaints may result in immediate removal without refund. By booking, guests agree to all pet-related terms and accept full liability for their animal.
