A Shipping Container Loft Downtown

Recently-built loft using a 40-foot shipping container, Ikea furnishings. Loft is one of 4 on a half-acre fenced lot, each w/independent HVAC, private exterior doors, patio & adjacent reserved parking. Picture window with panoramic view. Full kitchen, queen size bed, twin sofa bed, full bathroom, LED lighting, cooled/heated by heat pump, clothes washer/outside clothesline. Wi-Fi Internet, TV. Near bike path & downtown. Pet-friendly, see House Rules for details/cost. The space Recently-constructed 480-square foot loft, half of a duplex located at end of a cul-de-sac. This tastefully decorated residence has Ikea furnishings and is the perfect place to relax. It has a queen size bed and LED lighting throughout. Space includes a 40-inch HD Roku smart TV. (Guests may login to the Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other apps for viewing with own accounts.) The kitchen includes Ikea cabinets, a full-size electric range& oven, a full-size refrigerator, sink & coffee maker (with coffee/filters provided) & clothes washing machine (guest provides detergent). Internet access available via wifi. Bathroom includes a full-size bathtub/shower, vanity/sink, toilet. The living room includes an Ikea table with 2 chairs and 2 stools and a twin size sofa-bed. A 5-foot wide patio door faces the landscaped yard. Enjoy scenic views from inside and outside! Internet connection rated at maximum of 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload with Wi-Fi access. Loft has independent HVAC for heating and cooling, ventilation is not shared with any other unit, private exterior doors, patio & adjacent reserved parking. Las Cruces museums, library, restaurants, fitness/yoga facilities, the Coas book store and other businesses are just a few minutes away. Pet-friendly, please see House Rules for details/cost. We want each of our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay! Guest access Private off-street parking is provided. We request that guests park in the spaces immediately adjacent to their loft. Other things to note - Pet-friendly, please read below for details/cost - Property is for use by registered guests only, please. (No parties or events.) - No fires, fireworks or outside grills, please. SECOND BED: The basic lodging rate is for 1 or 2 people sharing the primary bed. If the second person wishes to sleep on the sofa bed instead, there will be an extra $15 charge (per stay). Please notify us at least one day before arrival so we can prepare the sofa bed and modify the reservation to include the fee. NOTE: For same-day reservations, we may not be able to prepare the extra bed. If the 2nd bed is required when reserving on arrival date, please contact us beforehand for confirmation. Thanks! PETS: One or 2 well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome. Airbnb automatically adds the $40/stay pet fee if any pets are included in the guest count when reserving. If pets are not included in the guest count, guests may leave cash when checking out or we can alter the reservation to include pet fees. Please let us know your preference. (If interested in staying with more than 2 pets or any animals besides dogs or cats, please contact us for details.) We request that un-crated pets not be left unaccompanied in the apartment and that owners pickup after their pets.
