Easy access to downtown Langley, Greenbank Farms, Ebey's Landing, Fort Casey, the historic Coupeville Wharf on Penn Cove, Double Bluff, and Deception Pass. Smoking is absolutely not allowed anywhere on the property, inside or out. We used to allow smoking outside, but people's carelessness led to burns and damage, and severe odors were left in our home, garage, and garbage cans, which was a huge challenge to get rid of. -No parties. -No extra guests without prior approval and extra fees. -Due to our septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy. -No pets without explicit prior approval, fees & deposit (see more about pets below). -We understand unforeseen things can happen even when you're being careful and respectful. Please contact us right away to let us know if something happens. It's much better if you inform us immediately if anything gets broken or damaged. We are generally very understanding of small accidents, as long as you are transparent about it. -If you have any concerns at all about the rental or have any trouble with anything and need help, please contact us right away so we have the opportunity to address it and to help make your vacation enjoyable and relaxing! PET POLICIES -We love dogs and want you to be able to bring your furry family member, so we will allow 1 dog on a case by case basis. Upon booking, please send us a brief description of your dog to help us feel comfortable letting her join you on your vacation to our home. While we hate to be such sticklers and want to be as welcoming as possible, we have found being clear with the rules, expectations, and consequences to be necessary. It not only helps us protect our home, but also helps maintain a clean and high quality atmosphere and helps ensure the enjoyment of our space for all our guests. Before agreeing to invite your dog, we do have some explicit guidelines that need to be agreed to. By booking, you are acknowledging your understanding of all the rules and agreeing to follow them, and you are indicating that you understand the consequences for non-compliance. -A pet fee and extra pet deposit will apply if you are approved. -One dog only. If you bring more than one dog, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund and forfeit your deposits. -Your dog may not be on any of the furniture inside or out at any time. -Paws must be clean and dry before entering the house. Dog towels will be provided. -Please clean up all dog waste on and off the premises. A starter roll of doggy waste bags will be provided. -Please do not leave your dog in the home alone. -If your dog absolutely must be left alone for a short period, she must be left in the garage while you are away. -Dogs may not cause excessive noise or intimidation to our neighbors or passers by. -Dogs must be on leash at all times when off the property, including on the beach.
