If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Max daytime occupancy: 48 - The Town of Athens is a residential community and any unreasonable noise or disturbances, disorderly conduct, or violations of the Town Code will not be tolerated and may result in citation, fines, and/or eviction from the rental unit. - This home has a max overnight occupancy of 24. - The pool is closed during the winter months and typically reopens around mid-May.
