One of the only spots Downtown with Beautiful Views of Old City Hall. You’ll love the lofty spacious feel of the unit. Jetted bathtub only (NO SHOWER). Only a five minute walk (0.2 miles) to the Tacoma Link Light Rail! The space Please do not book this unit if you have young children traveling with you or are planning on having young children come to visit as this is a upper story unit with a lot of windows that easily push open and a lot of other fall hazards throughout the such as an open staircase. Guest access Parking for this unit is metered on-street city parking, which is $1 an hour Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. You are able to renew your parking pass every two hours max. Saturdays parking is $2 for all day parking and Sundays parking is free. Another parking option is a parking lot one street up the hill from this unit. All day parking there is around $10 total. The lot is located off of Market Street. Last option is you could head up the hill a couple streets and find yourself a free parking spot, but would obviously have to walk back and forth to the unit from there. Other things to note Please note large jetted bathtub only. Shower head is not functional. Please also note that this unit is next to a bar/venue rental so there is potential for noise at all hours. THIS UNIT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN. Please do not book this unit if you have young children traveling with you or are planning on having young children come to visit as this is a upper story unit with a lot of windows that easily push open and a lot of other fall hazards throughout the unit such as an open staircase. *Please be advised* If you plan on checking in past 11pm on your check-in date, we will not be able to provide host support until 6am the following morning. So please be aware any unit access issues/questions/concerns will not be addressed until that time. *There is a portable AC that is installed in the unit from mid July to mid September.*
