This beautiful villa is privately located in a serene area at the end of a Cul De Sac. You wake up to birds chirping and on occasion, monkeys can be spotted in the trees from the balcony. The neighborhood is ideal for long walks. Enjoy lounging at the pool or drive to 2 of our beautiful beaches nearby. Your 18 minutes away from the French side of the island where Orient Bay is a must-visit w/ several trendy bars and restaurants on our beautiful beaches and 7 minutes away from our Dutch capital. The space The location is very private. The villa is open and very comfortable and newly furnished.The hillside view is breathtaking. The ocean view is quite calming. The villa is 7 minutes away from our capital, Philipsburg, and 17 minutes away from the French side. There 2 Beaches, one within a 10-15 minute walking distance and the other a 7-minute drive. The neighborhood is safe and perfect for afternoon walks. There is 24-hour security at the entrance. Each Bedroom is quite spacious and cozy. Both King Bedrooms have their own bathrooms, both Queen Bedrooms have their bathrooms right outside them. The Kitchen area is extremely spacious for those who love to cook. It is equipped with everything you would need. The living and dining area is also very comfortable, almost like home. Sitting on the porches in the early morning and having coffee is the perfect way to start your day. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Villa including its private pool. Parking is available for up to 5 cars and it’s free. Guest are free to roam the neighborhood on their own. We are located in a gated community. Other things to note St. Maarten is a hilly Island. Getting to Dawn Beach includes a drive through a hillside that gives amazing views of neighboring Islands like St.Barth's and Tintamare along with our beautiful ocean view. Many monkeys are also spotted along the hillside drive to the Villa. We suggest renting a vehicle which can be reserved online or rented at the Airport where you can be shuttled to the rental office, that its an SUV. Taxis can also be hired to pick you up and take you around at your request.
