Come relax at The Corner Spot! This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and usage of the entire house. Ideal spot that is centrally-located to every part of the city. Restaurants, mall, gas stations, schools, banks, laundry mats, barbershops, corner and wine stores, as well as the main highway(hwy 190) leading to Fort Hood, Temple, Belton, Austin and other cities are all just a few minutes away from this location. **** Parties or large get togethers are not authorize.*** The space The Corner Spot is on a corner lot with 3 bedrooms and two full baths. Each room is equipped with a queen bed. The master bathroom has a double vanity and two large walk-in closets. The living room, the covered back porch and all 3 bedrooms are equipped with local channels or either smart or Roku TVs. Guest access Access to the entire house and back yard. Other things to note Hot Tub, Exterior Cameras and Parties The hot tub is not intended for kids to be left unattended and it is not a swimming pool. Do not add bubbles or liquid soap to the hot tub. There can be an extra cleaning charge for the hot tub rule violation. Please do not lower the hot tub temperature below 98 degrees. The temperature is set to keep it safe for all. To take the lid off, fold the front cover over onto the back side cover. Slide both half’s onto the back of the hot tub and let it rest there. Reverse steps to put back on. *******REPLACE HOT TUB LID after each use to keep hot tub clean and free of dirt and debris. ******* There are also exterior cameras located around the entire house. Both front and back porches. All 4 corners of the house. The entire back yard including where the hot tub is located. No parties are allowed. Great, quiet neighborhood and this place is perfect to get away and just relax.
