The SWIMMING POOL is HEATED from June to September (if night T° >16 ° C), fully at your disposal. Ideal for friends (5 couples) or family (up to 12 people). 4-star accommodation. The space The Vieille Maison and the Maison de l'Amandier are the oldest buildings on the property, an old farm dating from the 18th century. Their restoration combines the charm of the old and the comfort of today. The soft patinas and old-fashioned carpentry rub shoulders with complete equipment, from the large screen to the dryer, including the essentials of functional kitchens: stove, pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso and classic coffee makers, kettle... The rooms are air-conditioned at your request independently of each other. Large private garden, terraces with barbecue. Guest access - Everything in the house is at your disposal: basic culinary items (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper...), cleaning products... - Heated swimming pool from June to September, ping pong, petanque, many board games, library for all ages, books, children's swing set. Other things to note Each bedroom, air-conditioned at your request, has its own bathroom. CHARGES INCLUDED: - all children's equipment (baby bed, changing mat, highchair) - sheets and linen for any stay of a week or more (excluding low season) - wood for the fireplace or barbecue available CHARGES NOT INCLUDED, calculated according to consumption or according to your request: - Heating and air conditioning are electric. The included daily package covers normal electricity consumption excluding heating and air conditioning. Any excess will be paid according to the meter reading at the end of the stay. In winter, it takes between €5 and €20 per 24-hour period and per house. In summer, the package covers a reasonable use of air conditioning (no open window...)
