Aegean villa with 180* views

A true vacation house overlooking the sea. Hosts 9-10 people (and potentially more up to 11), in separate units. 5 mins from crystal clear blue waters. Verandas with 180* sea views. Cool kitchen, several bathrooms. 15 mins drive to picturesque Ermoupoli. Lower prices for 1-2 people and off-season. The space The house has breathtaking vistas. It is decorated with taste. It is ideal for artists who want a peaceful place to get inspired. Ideal also for friends or families as there are different, separate units. There are four principal bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of them is a studio apartment at the very top, with its own veranda and bathroom. The other is the house's master bedroom, also with its own bathroom, and next to the grand living room and dining area. In a separate unit/house, there are two more double bedrooms, sharing their own balcony and a bathroom. In total these four rooms can host 8 people in double beds. Finally, there is an extra room at ground level, good enough to stay (and with its own smaller bathroom), though not as pleasant as the other rooms. It has three separate single beds, and can host from 1 to 3 people (at an additional cost). I am a University professor from Athens and my wife a researcher from south California. Guest access The guests have free access to all spaces of the house and the garden; only limitation not to pick up food from the food garden. They are free to use CDs, read books, use TV and internet.
