Fabulous Villa – private staircase to the beach

Panoramic view of the island of Ébihens, only 10 minutes from the sailing club, the port, the golf course, the tennis court of Saint-Cast. Completely renovated, 6 bedrooms (5 couples 1 dormitory) 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets. You will have breakfast, lunch, dinner at one of our 5 tables, between the kitchen, the SAM, and the two terraces. Access to the coastal path is at the bottom of the garden as well as the private staircase to reach the beach. Detox assured with Wi-Fi but no TV. Parties are not allowed The space Breathtaking view!!!! Piano, Board games, Books Guest access St-Malo or Lamballe train station, Dinard and Rennes airport. Other things to note In order to receive a beautiful and clean house, check-in time is 4 p.m., check-out is 10 a.m. Linens and towels are 10 euros/person. We ask for 130 euros for cleaning + Reception
