The space The ground floor is an open plan arrangement of the living room, the kitchen and the dining area. Moving up the stairs you will notice 2 doors that lead to the other 4 bedrooms. On each door 2 of the bedrooms are interconnected with one having 2 single beds and the other a double bed. These 4 bedrooms all share a family bathroom. Outside, the villa has a spacious garden area with patio furniture ideal for outdoor relaxing during the summer. The villa also has an outside traditional Cypriot oven! The villa is located in the centre of Protaras Town and near the main tourist street and is less than a ten-minute stroll away from one of Europe’s top ten blue flag beaches – Fig Tree Bay. The Profitis Elias church is located nearby on a rocky outcrop that rises above the town of Protaras. The local-favourite Konnos beach and stunning natural caves of the Cape Greko National Park are only a short 10-minute drive away from the villa. Another 10-minute drive along the breath-taking coastline, you will already find yourself in the beautiful resort town Ayia Napa, which is very famous for its’ famous nightlife, the Venetian-era monastery , the Sculpture Park, the WaterWorld Themed Waterpark and Ayia Napa Marina .
