New construction home built in 2015. Located in the beautiful and popular Sanders Beach area of Coeur d Alene. Its walking distance to downtown Coeur d Alene, restaurants, Sanders Beach, and the famous Golf Course. All new appliances. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed large 48 inch flat screen SMART TV and a walk in closet. It also has its own bathroom with his and her sinks. The 2nd bedroom is a queen bed with a spacious closet for your wardrobe, a dresser and ceiling fan to keep you cool during the summer nights. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed set up with a Full on the bottom and a twin on the top. This also includes a spacious closet and ceiling fan along with a dresser for extra storage. There is a desk/workstation in the main living area. The entire house has forced air heat, air conditioning, and a gas fireplace in the living areas. Our outdoor deck has a gas grill and seating. The private patio has a gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the beautiful evenings in Coeur d'Alene. Guest access You can access the entire home except for the garage which is locked to guest access for owner storage use. There is always plenty of street parking available out front. Other then that the house is all yours and please let me know if we can add anything to help your stay more enjoyable. Other things to note: * *We have basic cable channels in the main living area. In both the main living and master bedroom, there are SMART TV’s so guests can login to their accounts on NETFLIX, and PRIME VIDEO to enjoy movies and shows that they like.** Guest access Access to the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, and private outdoor entertaining patio. There is always plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. Other things to note Please respect our wishes that there are NO PETS allowed in our home, and NO SMOKING on the premises. This is mainly so ALL GUESTS can enjoy our home. An additional fee of $250 will be charged for each violation.
