The space The apartment has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 couples. Each bedroom has a 160cm Queen bed, storage for personal belonging, air conditioning, heating, drapery and shutters. The bedroom side of the apartment is on a quiet street. There is one large bathroom and one small. Each have a lavatory, shower, toilet and towel warmer. The common areas are designed for your comfort, giving plenty of room for conversation, reading or watching TV. Netflix, Amazon Prime and French channels are included. If you want to cook and dine in, the kitchen is beautifully equipped and opens on to a pleasant dining area that has a view of the cathedral and fenestrelle! Guest access The apartment is located within an easy walk from the underground parking Gide. Exit the parking via the stairs or elevator. At street level, cross the main boulevard, turn left on the sidewalk and then right on to rue Plan de L'Ourme. Walk to the first street, rue de la Ferté-Milon, and turn left. (La Boca restaurant is on the corner.) The apartment building is on the left, at the end of this street. Stephane Plaza Immobilier is in the same building. Other things to note The neighbor below the apartment is quite sensitive to noise so please remove high heels or boots while walking in the apartment. Thank you!
